Returns & Refunds Policy

At LoopedLooped, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached and unremoved

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Items returned without their original tags attached, or showing signs of wear, use, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse, will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at loopedlooped.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at loopedlooped.uk@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without their original tags attached

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
