Cancel an order

Before your order is dispatched
Email us at info@loopedlooped.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

After your order is dispatched
We can't stop a parcel once it's on its way, but you can still cancel. Just tell us within 14 days of the day after you receive it, then send it back within a further 14 days. See our Returns page for full details.

Your refund
Once your cancellation is confirmed, or we've received your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
